JOSHUA MASSER

Joshua Masser is a commercial litigator at Willes Law, P.C., where he represents businesses, owners, executives, investors, professional-services firms, religious institutions, and institutional clients in Oregon and Washington state and federal courts. His practice centers on complex contract claims, governance and ownership disputes, fiduciary conflicts, securities-related matters, professional-liability exposure, and litigation where business judgment and legal strategy intersect.
